Barrow Armed Forces Day parade took place this Saturday, 21st June, and what a great turnout of Military personnel, Veteran’s, Cadets and families there was.

There was a parade in front of the Town Hall to present the Armed Forces Day flag to the Mayor, Cllr Fred Chatfield. The flag is now being flown for the next two weeks in support of our military personnel and Veteran’s, for Armed Forces week.

The Mayor’s Cadet was also thanked and a few words from the Mayor to say congratulations and look forward to a great year of promoting Cadets and fundraising. Well done AC George
