Nominations are now open for the Councillor of the Year Award, proudly sponsored by Unity Trust Bank. This award recognises parish and town councillors who go above and beyond, demonstrating passion, dedication, and tangible improvements for their communities.

We’re looking for councillors who:

• Deliver meaningful improvements to local services
• Communicate openly and effectively with residents
• Confront challenges and see solutions through
• Unite people and foster inclusive decision-making

Who can nominate?
Colleagues, county associations, or members of the public are welcome to put forward nominations. (Please note: councillors cannot self-nominate or be nominated by family members.)
